📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.

Collaborate with engineers and other technical staff to gather information and ensure accuracy.

Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness.

Follow documentation standards and guidelines.

Assist in the creation of user manuals, installation guides, and other technical materials.

Update and revise existing documentation as needed.

Provide support to the marketing team with technical writing and editing.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Journalism, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.

Strong writing and editing skills.

Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.

Knowledge of technical products and services.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
