Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in assisting guests with their orders and resolving any issues promptly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist guests with their orders and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, and reconcile daily sales reports.
• Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the management.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide feedback to the management on guest satisfaction and service improvements.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic accounting software.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Friendly and professional demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in hospitality or customer service a plus.
