As a Customer Service & Sales Order Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will manage and process sales orders using our in-house system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage and process sales orders accurately using our proprietary system.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales order databases.
• Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, sales administration, or a related role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with engineering industry standards and practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
