📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the department to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the department.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of industry best practices and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
