📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to the account management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services offered by BCA Finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
