• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on end-to-end HR operations.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using HRIS tools such as BambooHR and Google Workspace.
