📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and clarity of technical content,Develop user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Ensure that technical documentation is up-to-date and aligned with product updates,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency and readability,Assist in the development of training materials and tutorials,Conduct research and analysis to support the creation of technical content,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Knowledge of Markdown or other lightweight markup languages is a plus
