📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Manage and train junior staff members,Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in inventory management and ordering,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems and inventory management software,Knowledge of food and beverage industry is a plus,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
