📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.,Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve future programs.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and develop tailored solutions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training staff as needed.,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and ROI.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of successful program implementation.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Certifications in training and development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
