📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing and logistics projects from initiation to completion.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are aligned with business objectives and strategic goals.,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring they are realistic and achievable.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.,Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.,Leverage project management tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on manufacturing and logistics.,Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.,Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and logistics operations.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
