📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist doctors and nurses in providing patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and assisting with medical procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and follow-up notes.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and assist with specimen collection.
• Support the front desk staff with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the examination rooms and treatment areas.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Promote a welcoming and compassionate environment for patients and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR) such as EPIC, Cerner, or Allscripts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Ability to lift and move patients or equipment as needed.
• Valid certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is a plus.
