Apotek Kirana Laundry is a growing company in the laundry and pharmacy sector. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Serang and from home. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and a passion for helping our employees grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance reviews.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to improve our HR processes.,Support the HR manager in strategic planning and development.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
