📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the senior management team.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or operations industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
