📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Operate and maintain machinery to ensure smooth production processes,Monitor and control production parameters to meet quality standards,Perform regular maintenance and repairs on machinery,Ensure safety compliance and adherence to safety protocols,Report any machinery issues or malfunctions to the supervisor,Assist in training new employees on machinery operation,Work efficiently and effectively to meet production targets,Collaborate with the team to achieve overall company goals🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator or similar role,Knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance,Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals,Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks,Good communication skills and teamwork abilities,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment🛠️ Keahlian
Experience with CNC machinesFamiliarity with CAD softwareKnowledge of ISO standardsExperience with quality control proceduresAbility to work with minimal supervisionExperience with team leadership
