You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive perioperative care. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in place.
- Assist surgeons and other healthcare professionals during surgical procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and provide necessary interventions to maintain patient stability.
- Administer medications and fluids as prescribed by the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with the anesthesia team to ensure a smooth and safe surgical experience.
- Document all aspects of the surgical procedure, including patient condition, medications administered, and any complications that arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized operating room, following strict infection control protocols.
- Provide post-operative care to patients, ensuring a smooth transition back to the recovery room.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an OT Nurse in a hospital or surgical setting.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.
- Familiarity with surgical techniques and instruments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized operating room.
