Property Eksekutif Pratama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Manager to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property management services, ensuring that all aspects of our business run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the local market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of property management services.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Manage a team of property managers and support staff.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.,Handle and resolve tenant complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of local property laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with local market trends and developments.
