📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance,Monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Develop and maintain operational budgets and forecasts,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other operational software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills
