📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the skills and qualifications needed for each position.,Creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.,Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to identify the best candidates.,Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential candidates.,Negotiating job offers and handling the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Providing feedback to hiring managers on the quality of candidates and the hiring process.,Ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
