📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the accounting department's budget and resources,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax filings,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants,Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities,Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
