📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and analyze civil structures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure project quality and safety.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and drawings for project documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and technical aspects.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil structural engineering.
  • Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations.
