📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook meals according to the hospital's menu and dietary requirements.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Ensure that meals are prepared on time and in the correct quantities.,Manage a team of junior cooks and assist them in their tasks.,Participate in inventory management and ensure that ingredients are available and used efficiently.,Assist in the training and development of junior cooks.,Contribute to the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cook in a hospital or healthcare setting.,Proven track record of preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to manage a team of junior cooks.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid food handler's certificate.
