Lotte Data Communication Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Specialist to join our team on a maternity leave cover basis for a period of 6-12 months. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with all accounting and tax regulations, and providing strategic financial advice.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all accounting and tax regulations, including preparing and filing tax returns.,Provide strategic financial advice to the company's management team, including financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the company's payroll and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for cost savings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior finance, accounting, or tax role, with a strong background in financial management and analysis.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting and tax regulations, including GAAP and Pajak.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle, and Microsoft Office Suite.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound financial decisions.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
