📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles within the company.,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and create effective job descriptions and personas.,Manage the recruitment budget and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools is a plus.
