📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the health of our customer accounts by ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure compliance with our credit policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on collection performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
