📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement diplomatic strategies to enhance the province's international and inter-regional relations.
Foster strong partnerships with international organizations, government agencies, and local stakeholders.
Negotiate and finalize agreements, treaties, and memoranda of understanding.
Represent the province in key international forums and events.
Monitor and analyze international trends and developments that may impact the province.
Provide expert advice and recommendations to government officials on diplomatic matters.
Manage a team of diplomats and support staff.
Ensure compliance with diplomatic protocols and international laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Diplomacy, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in diplomacy, international relations, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing diplomatic relations and negotiations.
Strong knowledge of international laws, treaties, and diplomatic protocols.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and at least one other international language.
Professional certification in diplomacy or international relations (e.g., Certified International Relations Practitioner, Certified Professional in Diplomacy).
