📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, driver scheduling, and fuel management.
• Use fleet management software such as Fleetio and Geotab to monitor and analyze fleet performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve operations.
• Generate and maintain detailed reports on fleet performance and operational metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet efficiency and safety.
• Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the fleet operations team, including document management and record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet operations or a related role.
• Proven experience with fleet management software such as Fleetio or Geotab.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
