📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate financial models, forecasts, and budgets using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial planning aligns with business objectives.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for external stakeholders.
• Support the FP&A Manager in ad-hoc projects and special assignments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of financial strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with financial software such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
