📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Perform regular safety inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of safety considerations into all aspects of mining operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation and records.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in health and safety, and apply this knowledge to our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the mining industry.
• Certification as a Health and Safety Professional (HSP) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including OSHA, MSHA, and other applicable laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in using safety management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Experience with risk assessment tools and techniques.
• Ability to travel and work in remote locations as required.
