🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime operations
- Proven knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards
- Certification in maritime operations or a related field (e.g., STCW, ISM, or ISO)
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with maritime software such as ECDIS, VTS, and VDR
