📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all air and ocean freight operations, including booking, scheduling, and tracking shipments.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their shipping needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Optimize shipping routes and negotiate rates to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Monitor and analyze shipping performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of shipments and overall performance.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge in freight forwarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, particularly in air and ocean freight.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing shipping operations.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using freight forwarding software such as CMA CGM, Sea-Intelligence, and SkyCargo.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
