As a Mandarin Translator and Assistant to Branch Manager, you'll play a crucial role in facilitating communication between our Indonesian and Chinese teams. You'll translate documents, emails, and meetings, ensuring that all information is accurately conveyed. Additionally, you'll assist the Branch Manager with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating with vendors, and managing office logistics. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Translate documents, emails, and meeting minutes between Indonesian and Mandarin.
- Assist the Branch Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with vendors, and managing office logistics.
- Facilitate communication between Indonesian and Chinese teams, ensuring smooth operations.
- Prepare and manage reports for the Branch Manager, using tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with the organization of branch events and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
- Provide support to the Branch Manager in preparing for and attending business meetings and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in translation or interpreting.
- Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Certification in Mandarin translation or interpreting is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the home appliances industry is a plus.
