📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to the needs of assurance and audit professionals
• Develop and deliver training materials using industry-standard tools like LearnDash and Moodle
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify training requirements
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, making data-driven adjustments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on the assurance and audit industry
• Certification in instructional design or a related field (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP)
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs using LearnDash and Moodle
• Strong understanding of the assurance and audit industry, including relevant regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proven track record of success in driving continuous improvement and innovation in learning and development
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
