As a Maintenance Engineer/Technician at Cove Living, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of our properties, including but not limited to, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general facilities. You will work closely with our property management team to ensure that all maintenance requests are addressed promptly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about luxury hospitality and wants to make a tangible impact on the guest experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all property systems and facilities.
• Conduct inspections and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with property management and other departments to ensure seamless operation of the property.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance property standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering or related field.
• Certification in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems is a plus.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as CMMS or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality industry is a plus.
